The Chest is to be how big?
Despite the cold, I rode the Burgman to work. The scooter like design of the wind fairing, kept the cold away as I enjoyed the relatively peaceful ride to work.
It is one thing about riding a motorcycle or scooter, no one but you on the bike or perhaps just the significant other.
Traffic at least in [...]
Weather and the Shoulder and Election
It has been busy for me this week. I of course had been to see the orthopedic surgeon again about the left shoulder which is causing me aggravation again. There is swelling in the upper portion and a buildup of calcium along the area where he removed a bad bone spur last year.
The weather has [...]

The week here has certainly become cooler and it had been a court week so we were busy in the office. The week besides being busy on our end was a mess on the financials.
The markets are still hiccupping, people panicking and selling off then having no real place to go to put their money [...]
Post Drama, Get Over It
The past week proved that there were too many investors running around with their heads still detached, as the market headed for the cellar.
Of course oil prices were going down too, but come Monday, with meetings taking place there came the rumors of a second stimulus.
That set the market off and made some prices [...]
Breather at Week’s End
Well Friday has arrived, giving most of us relief from what has been a wild week. Along with that has been the reduction of oil prices, in large part due to reduced the demand on a global scale.
However OPEC not enjoying the low prices have called for an emergency meeting sooner than November, likely to [...]
Back to the Usual and Unsettled Days Alka-Seltzer Anyone
Well it is Tuesday and I am back on the Burgman, hopefully for the remainder of the workweek. Despite falling gas prices, I am keeping to my conservation measures.
I have to admit that it looked for a while that we would be having some insane fuel prices by the time the November elections were to [...]
Reunion and the Roads Driven
With it being the family reunion weekend, I could not join the others going for a day ride to Helen, Georgia. So off to Milledgeville I went, driving my mother in the Nissan Versa. The weather was not exactly the best for the reunion, heavy mist and scattered showers with heavy winds. I took I-20 [...]

Well even with the rest of the world governments cutting some interest rates the markets are deflating. The slide means the savings that some have, are gone. The bailout money will take awhile to get where it is going to be needed.
However among those who got help first, the AIG group celebrated in grand [...]
Bad Already Who Needs More Mud Slinging
Ok the week has pretty much been headed south with the stock markets both in the United States and elsewhere taking a drubbing. So much for a lot of retirement accounts, whose values have crashed.
Banks are going under and are seeking funds to stay afloat. Wachovia, which is being fought over sent to a [...]
Motorcycling on Sunday and CEO of Harley Needs a Good Bonk on His Head
It was a nice day to do a bit of ridding and since I needed to run to the store, I used the Suzuki Burgman to make the run.
I did a video shoot of the ride; I took the Burgman onto Interstate 285 and then onto the local “autobahn” Highway 400. However I am not [...]
